We design meetings that result in clarity, creativity, and action. By facilitating productive play and other states of group collaboration that foster creativity, our approach helps teams overcome challenges and expand their creative potential.
We put decades of creativity research into practice.
“You can learn more about a person in an hour of play than you can from a lifetime of conversation” - Plato
LEGO® Serious Play is a method of meeting facilitation that makes challenges concrete. Participants build their challenge or creative pursuit using LEGO®, requiring reasoning by analogy, and typically present what they have built to the group. By the end of the session, participants often report insights or see expanded potential in their work or pursuits.
This “hands on, minds on” methodology instigates a reflective atmosphere and engages participants in deeply proactive dialogue.
Creative problem-solving sessions facilitate participants through divergent and convergent thinking modes, often relying on models such as the Osborne-Parnes Creative Problem Solving Model. Using research-backed plain language, approaches like CPS follow four steps: clarify the problem, ideate possible solutions, develop the best solution, and implement the resulting strategy.
Improvisational games facilitate mental agility and develop skill sets that help teams embrace uncertainty, learn to view change as opportunity, and value collaboration with their team. Through fun, high-energy improv workshops, teams become more cohesive, adaptable and open-minded to the “Yes, and” approach to life and work.
